Registration for assistance

Requests for assistance are reviewed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All requests must be received by 5:00 pm on Monday to be considered for Tuesday and/or Wednesday of that week. 

You may complete our registration in one of four ways below.

You may fill out a registration questionnaire through our online form here

Text 470-729-2390 with the following information:

  • ID of ALL adults

  • If no ID, send photo of face, date of birth, and FULL LEGAL NAME

  • Describe your circumstances or any new developments.

  • How can THS assist?

Once you have texted us the above information, you will receive a text with our Registration Questionnaire. You may text us your response or email it to us at thsemergencyshelter@gmail.com. If you email us, please text us that you are emailing your answers.

If you do not have reliable access to text or email, arrangements can be made to conduct a registration interview when volunteers are available.
